county to the county where the crime was committed. Steve Hammond appeals from his convictions by a jury of one
count of aggravated kidnapping (K.S.A. 21-3421), one count of
kidnapping (K.S.A. 21-3420), one count of aggravated robbery
(K.S.A. 21-3427), and one count of aggravated burglary (K.S.A.
1991 Supp. 21-3716).
