Movant, a prior and persistent felon impaired by methamphetamine, was speeding 75 to 95 miles per hour, passing a tractor-trailer on a blind curve. He crashed into a pastor and his wife driving to a church Valentines dinner, killing her and severely injuring him. Movant pleaded guilty, received twenty years under a negotiated plea agreement, and a bevy of other charges was dismissed. The trial court denied Movants Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief. We affirm.
